If you are wondering who Seed is, my name is Sidhika or Sid or Seed to my friends. I live in between the towns of Pretoria and Johannesburg in South Africa. Ok, that part has changed. I live in the wonderful city of Madrid, Spain at the moment. I decided to leave my lovely home country, South Africa, for a bit. For the time being, I spend my days studying (I'm in Madrid as a masters student) or traveling. I have been quite lucky this year as I have been fortunate to do quite a bit of traveling. Let's hold thumbs that, that continues? Yes! My heart is that of a wanderlust traveller, with a special love for planes, trains and noisy city streets. Professionally, I am an Information Designer, lover of beautiful things and all round crazy. I've worked in all sorts of design related fields, you can see some of my work here. I love design. I also love llamas and owls and nice people.

I have travelled a lot. Because that's what I love most. The countries I have been to in no particular order:
America, Mexico, Argentina, Brasil, Uruguay, Paraguay, England, France, Holland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Monaco, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Denmark, Spain (lets see how long I can make this list!).

I love books. These are some of my favorite books: The Life of Pi, Scar Tissue, Everything is Illuminated, The God of Small Things, A Thousand Splendid Suns, Led Zeppelin-Hammer of the Gods, Persepolis and Perfume.

I LOVE movies. These are some of my favorite movies: Blade runner, Apocalypse Now, Shutter Island, Revolutionary Road, Black Swan, Big Fish, The Squid and the Whale, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Tron, The Thin Red Line, The Beach, many many more!

I also love music. But now I am tired of typing, so let's leave that for the tag under music in my blog, which you should come and visit. Often.
