Live Now - A Community of Happiness

Monday, 11 July 2011

It's not very often that you come across someone's story and it resonates so strongly with you, that it gives you goosies. In the last week I have come across two such people, firstly Angela Liddon (who will be featured in a post tomorrow) and secondly Eric Smith.

Eric is a young art director, graphic designer and illustrator living in the Pacific Northwest. Eric was diagnosed with three different kinds of cancer a few years ago. This instantly changed his perspective and lust for life. He changed the way he ate, slept and most importantly lived.

Consequently Eric has established a collaborative art project inviting people from all over the world, to live in the moment through beautiful, poetic, earnest artwork that celebrates life. The work has been submitted through the live now website and recently has been collated into a book in June titled Live Now: Artful Messages of Hope, Happiness and Healing.
